Equipped with a ±50nm high-precision nano motion system, it meets the coupling production requirements of single-mode optical devices such as COB, BOX, and optical engines.
The machine integrates high-precision vision components that perform device end-face detection simultaneously during the loading process, effectively improving overall coupling efficiency. The coupling process logic supports free editing, paired with a customizable software interface, allowing customers to flexibly adjust production workflows for different products. With overall coupling yield consistently above 97% and equipment utilization exceeding 93%, it balances production takt time with batch process consistency, and supports multiple packaging types including lenses, FA, MUX, and DMUX. With a short development and commissioning cycle, the equipment can be quickly deployed on production lines, providing optical communications manufacturers with a highly stable, highly compatible domestic automated coupling solution.
