Yes — customization is our core capability. Since 2011, Xingte has specialized in non-standard automation equipment for customers worldwide. Once you provide product drawings or physical samples, our project team follows a four-step process: first, solution design, where we evaluate process feasibility and deliver an equipment proposal with parameter tables; second, sample verification, where we simulate winding on a prototype to confirm accuracy and cycle time; third, batch manufacturing, where production is launched against the confirmed plan with an in-house pre-acceptance check; and fourth, installation and commissioning on site. Every step is confirmed with you in writing, ensuring the machine fully matches your product and process — and eliminating the risk of discovering mismatches only after arrival.
Q2: How long does it take to build a customized machine?
It mainly depends on complexity. For regular custom machines, the lead time from proposal confirmation to delivery is generally 4–12 weeks: approximately 1–2 weeks for solution design, 3–8 weeks for manufacturing, and 1–2 weeks for in-house debugging and pre-acceptance. Turnkey lines or highly non-standard projects take longer. With more than 400 R&D engineers, we respond quickly during the design phase, and our monthly delivery capacity of over 600 units helps protect project schedules. The exact timeline is provided in writing at the quotation stage.
Q3: We need more than a single machine — we want a complete automated production line. Can you deliver the whole line?
Yes. Xingte’s product range covers both standalone machines and complete lines. Standalone equipment includes the fully automatic dual-station precision winding machine, fully automatic needle-type inner winding machine, four-station stator winding machine and five-station magnetizing machine. Complete lines include servo motor stator automatic lines, fully automatic assembly lines for mobile phone and earphone speakers, and ODM electrical automatic lines, integrating winding, assembly, dispensing, testing and sorting into one continuous flow. Before delivery, we analyze your capacity targets, existing processes and workshop layout, then propose either a “start with single machines, reserve room for expansion” approach or a “full turnkey line” approach, with an ROI estimate for both so you can decide which fits better.
