Using Data as the Yardstick, Focusing on Value Creation | Xingte Technology Holds Monthly Amoeba Management Meeting

Since the launch of Xingte Technology’s Amoeba management transformation, the company has been steadily advancing the mind-set shift from “managers” to “operators”. To consolidate management mechanisms and unify management objectives, the company recently organized management backbone staff to hold a monthly Amoeba management meeting.

As Inamori Kazuo once said: “Management meetings are places for learning and growth.” This meeting was not only a review of operating data, but also a practical training ground for elevating mindsets and expanding operations. Centered on the three core objectives of performance achievement, capability improvement and mind-set shaping, the meeting promoted the integration of Amoeba philosophy into the company’s daily operations.

I. Aligning Business Policies, Reviewing Input-output Across the Full Chain

On the performance dimension, the meeting focused on implementing the operators’ business policies and unifying the objectives of Amoeba unit leaders. The management and finance departments synchronized the overall business overview, and each Amoeba unit leader reported in sequence.

Taking “maximizing sales, minimizing expenses” as the yardstick, participants reported last month’s performance with accurate operating figures and conducted in-depth analysis of reasons for unmet targets. By reviewing the input-output across the full chain of marketing, R&D, after-sales, PMC and other functions, the meeting guided managers to move beyond single-task thinking, learn to see the big picture while “doing the accounting”, and realize the transformation from top-down command management to autonomous value creation by all staff.

II. Honestly Identifying Problems, Jointly Exploring Improvement Implementation

On the capability dimension, the meeting focused on reviewing the quality of last month’s work results and countermeasure formulation, to deepen unit leaders’ understanding of operating data and mastery of accounting methods.

All attendees honestly and pragmatically identified operational shortcomings. There were not only probing questions on data, but also active cross-departmental support and mutual assistance. For the issues raised, all participants treated them as their own topics and learned with humility. Through interaction of inquiries, discussions and multi-perspective guidance, everyone continuously refined accounting methods, honed business thinking, and translated discussion countermeasures into concrete follow-up actions.

III. Chairman’s Message: Internalize Operator Mind-set, Proactively Take Responsibility to Create Value

On the mind-set dimension, Chairman Deng Dejun attended the meeting and delivered concluding remarks. He emphasized that the core of Amoeba management lies not in the tools themselves, but in whether the “operator mind-set” can be truly internalized and put into practice.

He required that each unit leader should demonstrate “the proper attitude expected of a person in charge”. They must not stop at “knowing how to do the accounting”, but should proactively identify topics and take responsibility for results on the basis of clear accounts. Management backbone staff should treat the monthly management meeting as a training ground — telling the truth in front of data, finding solutions in the face of gaps, and truly completing the transformation from “manager” to “operator”. While pursuing corporate development, they should also achieve dual growth in personal character and capability.

IV. Long-term Outlook: Activating Small Unit Momentum to Support High-quality Development

From mind-set training foundations to the regular operation of monthly management meetings, Xingte Technology’s all-staff business model has entered a deep implementation stage. Amoeba management is no longer confined to theoretical learning, but has transformed into daily management language running through all business segments. Business decisions are based on data, improvement actions are initiated autonomously by units, and value creation has become a consensus among all staff.

For long-term development, Xingte Technology will continue to leverage the Amoeba system to activate the internal driving force of each small business unit, forge a team of operators who understand accounting, excel in business and dare to take responsibility, and empower high-quality business development through the continuous evolution of organizational capabilities — moving steadily and sustainably along the path of precision automation equipment.
