The FA Assembly & Dispensing Automatic Line delivers fully automated assembly and dispensing for FA fiber arrays. It integrates tooling feeding, precise fiber alignment and grooving, end cover pressing, and thermal curing into a single streamlined process.
The system is equipped with a multi-station precision dispensing unit that handles in-groove dispensing, tail dispensing, and head dispensing. It also features automatic unlocking and separation of tooling, 180° flipping, and multi-stage curing — achieving full-process automated precision assembly from material feeding through to manual unloading.
