Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Xingte is a national high-tech enterprise, a national-level specialized and sophisticated “Little Giant” enterprise, and one of the first batch of green factories in Shenzhen. We operate a modern factory of over 36,000 square meters with more than 1,000 employees, organized into independent divisions for motor winding, transformers, toroidal coils & flat wire, inductors, and electroacoustics — each with its own dedicated R&D team. We focus on high-precision winding equipment and automated production lines, exporting to more than 50 countries and regions across consumer electronics, automotive electronics, motors, electroacoustics and optical communications.
Q2: How strong is your R&D capability? Can you handle complex non-standard projects?
We have more than 300 experienced R&D engineers, close to one third of our workforce, with in-house capabilities in mechatronics, vision systems, motion control and software. Our technology roadmap is built on standardization, modularization and platformization — which means complex non-standard projects are developed on proven platforms rather than from scratch, shortening lead times and improving reliability. Every year we deliver multiple new projects ranging from single machines to complete lines across motors, transformers, inductors, electroacoustics and optical module coupling. Xingte has established long-term partnerships with many leading global companies across consumer electronics (TWS earphones, mobile phone speakers), automotive electronics (new energy vehicle motors), motors (servo motors, brushless motors), electroacoustics (voice coils, speaker assembly) and optical communications (automatic optical coupling).
