Process control: high-precision tension control systems and closed-loop algorithms keep tension constant and turn counts accurate throughout winding, ensuring consistency at the source. Inspection: CCD vision positioning and multiple AOI in-line inspection stations check winding, dimensions and appearance in real time, automatically rejecting defective parts.
