It depends on the product and model. For example: our fully automatic assembly line for mobile phone and earphone speakers produces over 1,600 pieces per hour per line, replacing 20–25 manual workers; the fully automatic dual-station precision winding machine nearly doubles efficiency compared with single-station models through parallel operation; and the five-station magnetizing machine and four-station stator winding machine overlap loading, winding, testing and unloading across stations to significantly shorten cycle time. Q2: How long does a model changeover take?
All our machines use parameterized settings. During changeover, you only need to swap a few fixtures and recall the corresponding process parameters — typically completed within tens of minutes, depending on product differences such as coil size, wire diameter and winding method. Lines are modularly designed so each station can be changed over independently without affecting others, offering greater flexibility for mixed-model production. If you run many product models, we can design quick-change tooling at the proposal stage to further reduce changeover time.
